Qur’an Studies Class Cancellation Policy
1. Attendance Requirement:
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes to maintain consistency in their Qur’an studies.
2. Missed Classes Policy:
If a student misses more than 3 classes without prior notice, they will be dropped from the teacher’s schedule.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a class. Notification should be sent via text message to the Administration.
4. Emergency Exceptions:
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please communicate with the the administration as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at the teacher’s discretion.
5. Commitment:
This policy is in place to ensure fairness, commitment, and respect for the teacher’s time and efforts. Thank you for understanding and cooperating.
